|In the midst of verdant terrain of what once was a sleepy town has risen a centerpiece of modernity. Here, side by side with green fields and an industrial park, is an idyllic community where the place of work is a short commute, leisure is at hand, and a cozy home is just a few minutes away.|
General Trias, Cavite has laid out an agro-industrial and residential master plan for the rapidly growing municipality. And Vista Land, the country’s largest homebuilder, has ensured that its residents can come home to a house befitting the hardworking modern Filipino.
Lessandra, Vista Land’s latest development in General Trias, will be adding a new modern home series to complement the existing Spanish and Asian-inspired homes that it currently offers. Future residents will have more options to choose from – each model home tailored to accommodate varied lifestyles ranging from newly-weds to empty nesters.
Lessandra was first introduced in 2007 as part of the Camella home series. It offered more affordable properties in a community that was already within the financial reach of the average Filipino family.
First introduced in the south, its acceptance in the market was immediate and soon, similar properties were established in Daang Hari, Bacoor and Imus. Today, Lessandra communities have been established all over the country with Camella institutionalizing Lessandra as a brand all its own.
“We understood from the beginning that Lessandra was a strong product to offer,” said Maribeth Tolentino, COO of Camella. “In the tradition of Camella, Lessandra offers a range of quality homes in a safe community that is also an affordable investment to secure the future.”
Lessandra has its own set of two-story, two-bedroom home series made available through Rina, Marga, Reana, Margarita, and Sandra house-and-lot packages.
House-and-lot packages are available at rates ranging from Php700,000 to Php1.2 million. Homebuyers can opt for a single firewall house-and-lot Rina or Marga model home at 40 sqm and 46 sqm respectively. The Sandra, Reana and Margarita, on the other hand, offers 35 sqm, 40 sqm and 46 sqm units in a townhomes series.
Home options include the bungalow series Sabrina, 30 sqm on a minimum lot of 40 sqm. The single firewall Sophia has a floor area of 36 sqm with lot area of 70 sqm while the latest townhouse Tanya, a 50 sqm unit on a 36 sqm lot area. The most recent home additions sell from Php579,000 to Php875,000 with the lowest amortization rate of Php3,469 per month (through Pag-Ibig financing).
