FINANCING
A) SPOT CASH
The buyer has enough fund to purchase the property. Discount is available for spot cash buyers.
B) BANK FINANCING
This is the recommended option if the buyer doesn't like to purchase in spot cash. A minimum of 20% down payment is required, 80% will be paid by the bank. Borrower will then pay to the bank in 5, 10, 15 or 20-year term. We will facilitate loan application with the bank, buyer will just have to submit the required documents to us for processing.
C) IN-HOUSE FINANCING
This option is intended for those who do not qualify for bank financing, usually those whose work is on a seasonal basis. In-house financing rate is higher than bank financing.
